Refunds & Replacements
- Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our freshly baked goods, refunds are only applicable if:
- The product received is damaged or spoiled.
- The wrong item was delivered.

The order was not delivered at all.
- Eligibility:
- Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Photo/video proof of the issue is required.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Customised or special orders.

Products that have been consumed or tampered with.
Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details.
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
- If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Netbanking).
