At Narad-G Heritage Bakehouse, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our freshly baked goods, refunds are only applicable if:
    • The product received is damaged or spoiled.
    • The wrong item was delivered.
    • The order was not delivered at all.
  • Eligibility:
    • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Photo/video proof of the issue is required.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Customised or special orders.
    • Products that have been consumed or tampered with.

Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details.
  2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
  3. If approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.

 

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Netbanking).
